Melissa attended and graduated from Osceola -Kissimmee in 2005. Melissa went on to attend and graduate from the University of South Florida in 2009 and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Melissa started her career in social work in 2009 in Foster Care Case Manager with Eckard Connects. In 2012 Melissa accepted case management supervisor in the child welfare field with Gulf Coast Jewish and Family Services and continued to work there until 2014. In 2014, Melissa began her work in medical case management with adults with HIV with EPIC/ASAP a subsidiary of EPIC Hospice. Melissa became a waiver support coordinator in 2019 and has enjoyed working with people with disabilities since then. Melissa brings a strong experience in the field of social work and vital member of the Lindsey Advocacy Team. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, spending time with family and friends, yoga, reading, going to the beach and going to restaurants.
